“I am the Power (Dresden Walk)” shows a nocturnal walk through a pedestrian zone in Dresden, Germany. The speaker from the Off speaks so called motivational sentences which are typical for Motivational- and Life Counsellors. The presented beliefs in I-perspective dissolve into bizarre reflections on their own sources of motivation and teachings: To what extent is our own identity and life planning shaped by the neoliberal age? And: How free are we in deciding for our existence?
